Question 1

How does CVtoMatch calculate my CV-to-job match score?

Accepted Answer

CVtoMatch parses your PDF, DOCX, or TXT resume and evaluates it against the target job description across 6 weighted NLP dimensions: Technical Skills (35%), TF-IDF Keyword Similarity (20%), Job Title Alignment (15%), Seniority Calibration (10%), Must-Have Requirements (10%), and Soft Skills (10%).

Question 2

How does the LinkedIn Recruiter Post Hunter find direct hiring manager emails?

Accepted Answer

Unlike traditional job boards that only show crowded portal listings, CVtoMatch mines live LinkedIn posts where recruiters and engineering managers announce open roles directly, extracts mentioned corporate email addresses, and validates domain deliverability via DNS MX record lookups.

Question 3

Can CVtoMatch check if my resume passes ATS filters?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CVtoMatch highlights every matched and missing technical skill, domain keyword, and seniority gap between your CV and the job posting so you can optimize your resume before applying.

Question 4

How does automatic IMAP mailbox job application tracking work?

Accepted Answer

When connected via IMAP, CVtoMatch scans incoming emails from company domains and major ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, Ashby, SmartRecruiters) to automatically move your Kanban cards between Applied, Interview, Offer, and Rejected stages.
